Here at Precision Tracking (NZ) Ltd we have created the world's first online system for monitoring, measuring and recording the activities of mowers, sprayers, seed planters and fertiliser spreaders in parks, reserves, sports grounds and road verges. We can also provide councils and their contractors with online live tracking, and a permanent day-by-day record of all of the work activities undertaken. We will also measure and record fertiliser or spray usage park-by-park, kilogram-by-kilogram or litre-by-litre.
Improved spreading or spraying efficiencies can save hundreds of kilos of fertiliser or chemicals and therefore thousands of dollars a year. And, with exact hectares and spread rates known, your total chemical needs are calculated to the nearest kilogram for you, saving you even more.
And, with PTNZ you can provide your customers with proof-of-work with either printed maps or on-line historical permanent records.
For you to use our mapping system we need to have GPS maps of the parks, reserves, sports grounds and road verges you service loaded on our site. If you already have maps you simply email them to us. If you don't, don't worry, we have the software you need to do it. Why pay a mapping company $700 for something we provide for free?
Once you are registered with PTNZ – and all your maps are loaded on our database – any vehicles with a PTNZ unit on board can be mapped and all their activity recorded for you.
We can then provide you with a permanent historical proof that every vehicle has spread, sowed, mowed or sprayed responsibly.
And don't forget local compliance laws. Soon anyone who applies fertiliser or sprays to public land may have to report proof-of-placement and their total use of chemicals to the environmental authorities. With PTNZ working for you, you can capture and store that information for whenever you may need it on a highly secure file that only you can access.
